Yet again we have to report the passing of another well-respected former colleague. Ramsay moved down to Weymouth to live with his son. He died there soon afterwards. It took a while to establish these facts.

Please note Ramsay lived on his own until Christmas 2022 which he spent with his family, after which he spent three weeks in hospital in Gloucester, before I was able to move him to nursing home in Weymouth – he arrived at 6pm and unfortunately passed away at 10pm the same evening, 23 January 2023. I hardly call it moving to Weymouth … but I was at least able to say ‘goodbye’.
