We are indebted to Lee Richardson who forwarded this clip to us.
It was found recently under the floorboards of a property in Newcastle upon Tyne where the carpets were being replaced!
There is no date attached, however, it may have been an advertisement taken from a local newspaper or from a catalogue, but is likely to be pre WW1 judging by the press illustrated and the words written.
It just goes to show that the name of Fielding & Platt keeps cropping up in all sorts of unlikely places!
