The Citizen recently said that Walter grew up in Heathville Rd Gloucester & so in 1902 would have seen St Catherine’s Vicarage (corner Denmark/Heathville Rd) be 1st British house to be vacuumed by Fielding & Platt’s vacuum cleaner. If correct is there any chance of blue plaque on the Vicarage?
