For manufacture of aluminium tube extrusions.
Equipped with 700 ton piercer, 150 ton vertical shear, working pressure 3500 psi from a 370 gal capacity air/water hydraulic accumulator station, also supplied by Fielding & Platt.
(The erection of this press was undertaken in Bay 3 of Hydraulic 1).
The press was later increased to 8000 tons force.
