  • Hi Chippy!  Correct, as usual.  I guess Wally was there for show on this occasion as these high-rate energy forming machines were not allowed to be operated ‘live’ unless and until the area was cleared of people.  These days I guess that someone would have to fill out umpteen pages of risk assessment before anything could happen!  John B
