  • “I was thrilled to see the photograph of the 1947 apprentice intake in the Citizen. I am the one on the right (left in the picture that is) of the front row. After my apprenticship I did my National Service in REME and then went back to Fieldings for about 12 months before going to what was then Rotol where remained until I retired.”

  • Does anyone remember anyone in this photograph? What was the name of the Australian chap and how did he come to be an apprentice at Fieldings?
