Thanks Derrick – what memories of the apprenticeship in 1977 did this picture bring back for you? It’d be great to hear what Fielding’s was like then, what the Craft School was like, and of course what the guys who you’re pictured here with were like and the things you got up to…?!
I wonder, did you play rugby for Fielding’s too? If so, what was your experience of Atlas Rugby like – the ground at Hempsted, the training, atmosphere, match days and social life?
