The 1st photo of the factory at this time shows clearly the Brass Foundry and main Garage (in the centre foreground) still in existence and the New Assembly Hall (in the background) almost completely built with surrounding scaffolding externally.

The 2nd photo of the factory, taken from the opposite side, whilst undated is obviously taken at a later date than the first as the more obvious signs show that Church Street has been closed off as a thoroughfare from Llanthony Road, part of the offices garage/cycle area has been demolished, the office entrance redeveloped and the New Assembly Hall is completed externally and the old railway tracks have been replaced by car parking areas.

Both show the redundant railway track (the Goat Track) leading to the docks and the chimney of the adjacent Carpet Factory still in existence!
