Frank Walker

Frank Walker worked at F&P as a metallurgist from mid to late 1950s until the early 60s.

I remember Frank in the 1960s. He had a small laboratory located opposite the estimating dept. on the ground floor. I remember being involved with him in changing the suction and delivery valve seat materials from bronze to stainless steel investment castings, which were cheaper to produce. A very affable character as I recall, and easy to work with although I am not sure he was there in the 1950s! Perhaps someone else may recall.
